Alkalizing & Balancing

Whenever I observe our animal kingdom I find answers for humans and PH Balance becomes clear when you look at fish that live in water.  I have had tropical fish tanks several times in my life and know the importance of keeping the tanks in the proper PH range for the optimal health of the fish.  If the water is either too acidic or to alkaline the fish get diseases and can die.  We are no different. Our bodies are made of 90% water and if our PH is not in balance we also get diseases and can die.

In my opinion today’s Standard American Diet is mostly acidic which causes many health problems and the proof is the thousands of people who suffer from acid reflux and Gird and many other problems you would never guess stem from this one issue.  This problem is growing exponentially with all the processed and acidic food consumption.  You can research for yourself all the health problems associated with an acidic environment in the body.

Just as we focus on greening the planet our bodies want us to green them as well.  A few things that alkalize the body are:

  • Warm water with fresh lemon
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Liquid Chlorophyll
  • Blue Green Algae
