Journey with Jean – July 1st.

I thought it would be great to share experiences and support one another in the process of these lessons.  The first book I’ve chosen is A Course in Weight Loss by Marianne Williamson.

Beginning June 1st, we will work through one chapter a week until we have completed the 21 lessons in Marianne Williamson’s A Course in Weight Loss.

Marianne shows you how to understand the intersection between spirituality and weight loss with 21 lessons.

One of the main principles in A Course in Weight Loss is that isolation breeds compulsion, while joining with others breeds emotional healing. Use this site as a way to enrich your journey through the course, building community through discussion and mutual support.
