Green Smoothies

A Green Smoothie a day keeps the doctor away.  One of the best things you can do for yourself is to integrate one green smoothie per day into your daily dietary routine.  I was first introduced to the true Green Smoothie in the summer of 2010 when I had the privilege to meet and listen to Victoria Boutenko.  I was so inspired and impressed by her and her family’s story.  I knew this was the next step in my raw journey.  I am so grateful to get the benefits of all the research and information she shares with the world.  Just one green smoothie in the morning has improved my digestion so much and they actually turn on your bodies desire for more live food.
